AgriGrid is Australian-owned farm compliance software for horticulture. It exists so that the proof of what happened on your farm is created as the work happens, rather than reconstructed the week before an audit.

The problem we build against

Every certified grower already keeps records. The trouble is where they are kept: a diary in the ute, a spreadsheet on one laptop, a folder of chemical labels, a text message about who sprayed what. Each is accurate on its own and none of them line up when an auditor asks a single question — which block, on what date, at what rate, by whom, with which calibrated rig, and when was it safe to pick.

So the design rule is record once. A spray logged in the paddock carries its own withholding period and re-entry interval, ties itself to the block it was applied to, and flags that block until the periods expire. The same record is what the audit pack is later built from. Nothing is entered twice, because anything entered twice eventually disagrees with itself.

Farm, block, row. Records attach to the ground they happened on. A residue question is asked about a block, so a record tied only to a farm cannot answer it.

Who it is for

Australian horticulture — orchards, vineyards and vegetable growers who hold a Freshcare certification or are working toward one. That focus is deliberate. A tool built for every kind of agriculture at once ends up asking a citrus grower to describe a paddock of wheat, and the setup cost is where most farm software is abandoned.

It is built for operations without an IT department: the web app runs in a browser, the field app is free on the App Store, and a setup wizard walks a new business through its farm, blocks and team.

Spray records

Tank mixes planned, equipment calibrated, applications logged with GPS tracks from the field app. Withholding periods and re-entry intervals come off the label the user records and are shown against the block until they expire. How the spray diary works.

Machinery, service schedules, maintenance actions and sprayer calibration history; fertiliser and fertigation records with nutrient budgets.

Purchasing and profitability

Purchase orders, receipting, supplier compliance and a Xero integration, with cost and revenue attributed down to the block and crop cycle.

How it is built

Two halves that are the same system. The web app is where the operation is set up and where records are assembled into reports and audit packs. The iOS field app is where records are made: it captures offline, survives a locked screen, and syncs when signal returns. Records made in the paddock are the ones that are true, and a system that needs coverage to accept them will simply not be used.

Each business's data is isolated from every other at the database level, not by application code alone — the difference matters, because the first kind of mistake is a bug and the second is a breach. We do not sell farm data, and we do not share it with chemical suppliers, packers or certification bodies. See the Privacy Policy for how that works in detail.

What we will not claim

A compliance vendor is in a position to overstate what it does, because the buyer usually cannot check until audit day. These are the four things we will not say, stated here rather than in a footnote:

Who is AgriGrid for?

Do I need an IT department to run it?

No. There is nothing to install on the web side, the field app comes from the App Store, and the setup wizard walks you through your farm, blocks and team. If you can keep a spray diary you can run AgriGrid.

Is the free plan a trial?

No. The Free plan is permanent: one farm, up to five blocks, unlimited team members, farm mapping and spray records with withholding periods, no card required. Paid plans add scale and modules and include a 30-day trial.

Where does my farm data live, and who can see it?

Your records are yours. Each business is isolated from every other at the database level rather than by application code alone, and we do not sell farm data or share it with chemical suppliers, packers or certification bodies. Read the Privacy Policy for the detail.

Does AgriGrid work without phone signal?

Yes. The iOS field app captures offline and syncs when signal returns, which is the only way records get made in the paddock rather than remembered at the kitchen table that night.
